Load a ticket onto the HSL card
Please note that tickets purchased from the Ticket Store are visible only on the HSL card, not in the HSL app.
How to top up your HSL card at the Ticket Store
1. Select product
Choose a season ticket or value. Accept the Terms of Use if necessary.
2. Log in
Log in with your HSL account and complete strong authentication if you haven’t done so already. Enter your HSL card number if it’s not shown in your account information.
3. Make your selections and pay
Check that the zones and validity period of your ticket or the amount of value are correct. Pay using online banking or MobilePay.
4. Travel
The ticket is available on your HSL card immediately – you’re ready to go!
